The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to launch around September 30. The owners have also indicated they could sell an additional 7.5% if demand is strong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quickmart currently operates more than 70 stores across Kenya.
