The Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) has published its daily foreign exchange rates for Tuesday, October 6, 2026<\/strong>, showing the Kenya shilling\u2019s indicative value against major international and regional currencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the CBK rates, the US dollar is trading at KSh129.79<\/strong>, while the British pound<\/strong> is quoted at KSh171.36<\/strong>. The euro<\/strong> stands at KSh145.25<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Japanese yen is listed at KSh82.06 per 100 yen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among selected regional currencies, the Ugandan shilling<\/strong> is quoted at KSh31.00<\/strong>, while the Tanzanian shilling<\/strong> stands at KSh20.41<\/strong>. The Rwandan franc<\/strong> is trading at KSh11.35<\/strong>, while the South African rand<\/strong> is quoted at KSh7.78<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
